Atonement Lutheran Church is part of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, but you don’t have to be Lutheran to belong here. You don’t even have to know what Lutheran means. You can come with faith, doubts, questions, curiosity, skepticism, hope, hurt, joy, or exhaustion. You don’t need to have it all figured out before you walk through the door. Here, you are welcome as you are. Straight, LGBTQIA+, still discovering who you are, young, old, lifelong churchgoer, first-time visitor, believer, doubter, seeker, skeptic—there is room for you here!

We believe in a good and loving God who lifts up the oppressed, stands with the vulnerable, heals what is broken, and throws the doors of grace wide open. So that is the kind of community we are trying to become too: open-hearted,
open-minded, open-armed, and open-doored. We may not know your name yet, but we are already glad you are here. Come see for yourself. Everyone is welcome. And that includes you.
