Atonement Lutheran Church: High School Youth Sunday School

Where do you see God’s work? |
 |
Atonement’s High School Sunday School Class does not have a clever name.
Its focus is on questions of faith and what it means to live as a faithful, committed Christian.
That’s not clever either, but we need God and the world needs God.
Right now, we are looking at issues of hunger and poverty, using Taking Root: Hunger Causes, Hunger Hopes, a new ELCA World Hunger curriculum. |
 |
 |
Poverty and hunger are not God’s ideal and as committed Christians we are called to strive for a more just world.
We will look at the many complex and inter-related reasons for hunger and at strategies that can end hunger.
Mostly, we will look for what we can DO to change the world.

We are looking for God’s work.
Get out of bed. Make a difference.
Come search with us.
Sundays, 9:45 – 10:45 am, Room F.126 (the room with the couches)
