Preschool Helps Opportunity House

Goals of Atonement Preschool:

  • Spiritual: To convey an awareness of God’s love, and an appreciation of God’s world.
  • Social-Emotional: We encourage each child to grow as a unique individual while learning to interact among their peers.
  • Cognitive: We continually explore our environment to help every child understand their world.  Through various planned activities we make discoveries in the areas of science, math, social studies, and language.
  • Language: Speech is focused on through books, music, finger plays, story telling and puppetry.  An alphabet “Letter of the Week” will help prepare children for kindergarten.
  • Gross Motor: We play games and participate in activities that include running, jumping, throwing, climbing, and balancing each day.
  • Fine Motor: Puzzles, games, beads, blocks, Legos, etc. are readily available during free play to give our children a chance to exercise their smaller muscles and improve their eye-hand coordination. 

Creative art projects are worked on together to help form an interest and enhance all of these skills.

Morning classes, 9:00 to 11:30 a.m.

Two days: T/Th  $122.00/ month
Threes (3 by Sept. 1 and potty trained)

Three days: M/W/F $155.00/month
3 yr olds (by Sept. 1, potty trained, and have also previously attended Atonement Toddler Program)
4 yr olds (by Sept. 1)

Five days: M/T/W/Th/F $260.00/month
Pre K (4 1/2 by Sept. 1)

Explorer T/Th $143.00/month
4 and 5 year olds, 9:00 - 12:30

TOGETHER TIME Friday $50.00/month
(18 months - 30 months) Parent and child together, 9:00-10:30

TODDLER Program $122.00/month
M & W 9:00 - 11:15 (2 ½ by Sept. 1)
T & Th 9:00 - 11:15 (2 ½ by Sept. 1)

Afternoon Classes, 12:30 - 3:00 p.m.

Three Days M/W/F $155.00/month
